Shipping/Pick-up Policy

Shipping 

All items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 days for your website order to be processed and a tracking number to be provided. 

For custom orders, please allow 10-14 days, depending on the size and complexity of your order for your order to be created and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. 

If an item is a rush order, please contact us before placing the order. A rush order fee and the overnight shipping cost may apply. 

Local Pickup 

When checking out, enter your mailing address in the shipping section, and then choose the customer pickup option. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. 

Once the notification is sent, you will have five days to pick up your order. If you are unable to do so, please notify us as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
